Keith has over 30 years business experience including almost 20 years as a Management and Business Consultant of business critical change programmes and interim management assignments in the public, private and third sector.

He specialises in running, reviewing and improving business operations, particularly finance and corporate services, involving people, process and systems change – from a Finance Director position or as a Programme/Project Director.

Keith is also an experienced Programme/Project Director on high profile, sensitive programmes with complex stakeholder management. He has considerable experience of working with local government, sub-regional government, the Third Sector, central government and the private sector.

Over the last two years he has been leading a 'Big Society' Multiple Community Asset Transfer (CAT)/services outsourcing programme for a local authority, devolving management of community centres into the hands of the voluntary and community sector.

Keith has also been managing a Community Governance Review involving consultation with the public on their requirements for Parish Councils, including petitions for new Parish Councils, detailed public consultations and local referendums. Another example of Big Society in action.

Award – November 2012: the Community Asset Transfer Programme at Northampton Borough Council has been shortlisted in the Community Involvement category of the national LGC Awards in association with the Local Government Association.
